Peter brings nearly 30 years of diverse experience to the role of Chief Executive. Peter has spent the majority of his working life in the wine trade, originally supplying fine wines to the UK Hotel and Restaurant trade. Throughout the last 20 years, Peter has specialised in buying fine wines on behalf of investors, culminating with the co-founding of the Wine Investment Fund in 2003.

Credited with formulating the Price Step Theory, Peter has since further evolved his strategic thinking and insight developing the Wine Price Ratio which forms the basis of the investment policies of Lunzer Wine Investments.

The Wine Investment Fund established Peter’s background as an exemplary stock picker, and he combines an intellectual and deeply informed commercial approach with a unique ability to communicate and share his views. This applies equally to the investment opportunities offered by investment grade Bordeaux and his personal passion for his chosen subject.
