Peter Lunzer has an enormous passion for developing the investment opportunities offered by the great wines of Bordeaux. However he has an equal passion for the wines themselves and the people, the Chateaux and the ‘terroirs’ that produce them.
Whilst Lunzer Wine Investments has been set up to explore the former, the Lunzer Wine Experience will be run in parallel to enable investors and others to share Peter Lunzer's passion in discovering the timeless quintessence of Bordeaux.
Peter travels to Bordeaux on a regular basis and for selected visits he invites investors and enthusiasts to share his personal experiences at the Chateaux. For many, these one or two night visits has become a virtual ‘Wine Academy’, staying in the heart of Bordeaux with the attraction of top class gastronomic experiences in some of the region’s best restaurants.
For those who wish to discover a broader appreciation of wines, Peter is also happy to share his experiences in other regions – for example Burgundy, Champagne or Oporto – wine producing areas in which also he has great experience and expertise.
Those who join Peter benefit enormously, not only from informed tastings, but from the fact that Peter can ‘unlock doors’ that remain beyond the reach of individuals exploring these regions. A trip like this with Peter is great fun for anybody with more than a passing interest in wine, and especially valuable for those thinking of seriously investing in investment grade Bordeaux as an asset class.
